Anna Chan is a certified Aerial Yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. She completed her Yoga Instructor Certificate Course (200 hours YICC) and Aerial Anti-Gravity Yoga Instructor Certificate Course (30 hours YICC) at Union Yoga Ayurveda Singapore. Through her yoga endeavours, she developed a depth of awareness that enriched her yoga experience and enhanced every aspect of her life.
Get deeper into her practice as she goes along and reflect fully with the passage of time on how far she has come in yoga and life. Yoga doesn’t always make us feel better immediately. We need to value the opportunity it gives us to express emotions through our bodies and develop our inner self, even if it doesn’t feel good at the time. She feels a strong desire to share what she has experienced with her friends and family. The benefits are too good to keep to herself.
Cressida Wong, the co-founder of D Fly Fitness Studio, trained in various Yoga styles. She started the practice of Aerial Yoga in 2016 and has completed the Teacher Training Course in 2019. In the same year, she graduated from Handstand Workshop, conducted by Shanghai Master Hua, and the Yogi Vava Aerial Yoga Workshop, given by a Taiwan instructor. Through Aerial Yoga, she found her inner strength and peace of mind. Cressida believes that Yoga could transform one's life by shifting a healthy pattern. She is very excited to share her knowledge and love for Yoga with the students at D Fly Fitness Studio.
Evone started practicing Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga at the age of 24. She has completed the Aerial Yoga Instructor Training course and began her coaching in 2020. She has also participated in performing Aerial Yoga during the Johor Aerial Fitness Show 2019. Every moment in the Yoga scene excites Evone as she is passionate towards sharing and motivating her students to find their true self and inner peace.
Kai Ting started dancing at the age of 10 and began teaching when she was a teenager. In 2015, she completed the Teacher Training Course. She has also spent years competing locally and nationally and has won numerous top awards. Achievements include KWave Dance Party 2015 (Champion) and Pulse Street Dance 2017 (1st Runner Up) in Singapore. She is currently specializing in K-Pop and Dance Choreography. Kai Ting is looking forward to sharing her passion and love of dance with the dancers.
Mandy completed the Fly Yoga Level I training course, conducted by Shanghai Master Hua, and started teaching soon afterwards. Mandy is specialising in Aerial Hoop and Hammock classes. In her personal practice, Mandy loves practicing inversions and cross back straddle.
