Service Description

Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing yoga focused poses. Chair yoga poses modified for a seated position—have been a boon for people who have injuries, low mobility, or physical disabilities. But even the fittest person can practice asana in a chair to stretch stiff muscles, keep your joints limber, and help improve blood flow. Suitable for all levels students.

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
